| 2. | These results show that since the existent defects of combustion device structure and its hypothetical circle of contact , these make a poor primary and secondary wind rigidity in operation and a too big actual circle of contact . in addition , the coal used is extreme prone to burn and reside in boiler . under such a condition , the coal powder ignites earlier in a short time and short distance when it leave the jet - combustioning device , and splashes the water cooler , eventually this results in a burned coal residue in boiler 针对宏伟热电厂410t / h燃煤锅炉严重结渣问题,对燃煤的结渣性、炉内温度工况及空气动力工况等进行实验研究,由于燃烧器结构和假想切圆选择的缺陷,使得锅炉在正常运行时,一、二次风刚性较差,实际切圆过大,加上目前燃用煤质属于极易燃、易结渣煤质,致使煤粉在离开喷燃器很短的时间、较短的距离内开始着火,并冲刷水冷壁,最终造成炉膛结渣。 |
